ZACH BRYAN

In September 2025, the Michigan Music Business Club (MMBC) had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Zach Bryan’s team in celebration of his historic, sold-out performance at the Michigan Stadium. This marked the first-ever collaboration between MMBC, Music Matters, and Big Ticket Productions—the three largest music organizations on campus.

The weekend kicked off on Friday, September 26, with a panel in the Ross Auditorium titled “How Zach Bryan Sold Out the Big House and Became One of the Biggest Touring Artists in the World.” The event was facilitated by Gregg Latterman, faculty member and Executive Director of the Zell Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurship, and featured members of Zach’s team. MMBC partnered with the Zell Lurie Institute to promote the panel, driving record student engagement across campus.

In partnership with AEG, the show’s talent buyer, MMBC also helped generate excitement throughout Ann Arbor with a weeklong series of country-themed events and collaborations. We worked with local favorites including Good Time Charley’s, Rick’s, Bo’s Bagels, Misfit’s Coffee, Zingerman’s, Joe’s Pizza, LineLeap, and more to create a “Zach Bryan Week” across campus—complete with themed drinks, exclusive merch, and limited-time activations.

MMBC also collaborated with Happy Belly Vending to promote exclusive Zach Bryan merchandise pop-ups and hosted a student pre-show event featuring performances by Hemmingway Lane, Maddy Ringo, and Grenadine. The event was made even more special through the support of Dwayne Bryan (Zach’s dad), who helped bring the vision to life.

Leading up to the show, MMBC’s executive board had the unique opportunity—through Ari Nisman, CEO of Degy Entertainment and Michigan alum—to tour the Big House and witness the behind-the-scenes process of preparing for the largest concert ever held in the U.S.

We’re so proud to have played a part in this historic moment for the university and are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it happen. Here’s to more unforgettable collaborations to come!
